      Shipping & Returns

      The customers should ensure that they have received the complete and correct order at the time of delivery of the drugs. If in case the products that you receive are wrong or tampered with, you should immediately bring this to our notice. We keep the safety and security of our customers before everything else. We will get this sorted out for you in no time.

      Online Returns and Cancellation Rights

      You can cancel any of your received order(s), which has been placed with us, within 15 calendar days (which includes all working as well as non working days) of its receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to intimate us within 15 calendar days so that we can get this resolved for you. Please refer to “How to Return Items” for more details regarding returns.

      It should be noted here that all the items should be returned to us in the same condition in which they were handed over to you; i.e., their seals must be intact, and their parcels should not have tampered, etc. The customers must know that once the seal has been broken, the medicines will no longer be eligible for the return, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

      Damaged Items

      If in case any of the item(s) delivered by us gets damaged in the course of being delivered to you, we will request you to bring any such issues to us at the earliest. In this case, we will either replace the item(s) or repair the item free of cost or refund you your total order price (inclusive of delivery charges).

      How to Return Items

      In order to effect any return, a customer should get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Then you merely need to follow the delivery instructions given in your delivery information. In case of any query, feel free to reach out to us anytime. We will love to assist you.

      Refunds Policy

      Your refund will be processed once the goods have reached our facility. Your payment is initiated when we receive our products. It may take 5 to 7 business (working) days for the refund to reflect back in your source wallet/card. This time will depend upon your wallet or card provider and may vary accordingly within this time frame. The refund that is initiated from our end is inclusive of the delivery and handling charges as well if any.
